Each week, members of the ACF Care Ministries team connect in order to pray or contact anyone from our church family who are need of a visit, benevolence, or a phone call because of illness or other special needs.

We are always in need of individuals to help with Care Ministries.  If you would like to be available to make a phone call, send a card, visit someone in need, or deliver a meal, please call or email the church office and volunteer for this very important committee.  acfmain@sbcglobal.net
